Thank you to all of you that have come to tryouts at the Neiman Soccer Complex at Fort Snelling.  Seeing so many MU soccer families in one place is so memorable and exciting.

• Wednesday and Thursday will be spent compiling data from "Day 2" of tryouts AND entering each coach's player ranking for every team.  This generates a spreadsheet that guides "Team Formation Meetings".  This is an elaborate sheet that takes detail, time, and precision to compile the information.
• The U12+ boys formation meetings are on Thursday night, beginning at 5pm.  
• The U12+ girls formation meetings are on Friday night, beginning at 5pm.
• Every team coach is expected to attend.  Board members from the CPC are encouraged but can NOT be present during their team formation of their child(ren).  The 3 Directors of Coaching (DOCs), Registrar, and Executive will also be in attendance.  
• The teams will then be posted online at some point Friday  Saturday - Sunday of this weekend (August 5-6). (Thank you for your patience as we finalize rosters)
• NEW policy from MYSA for the 2017-18 season:  Player - Club commitment day is on August 8th.  No player within MYSA's governance is bound to a club until August 8th.  Translated: Registration can open as soon as teams are posted.  However, clubs can not force commitment or provide a deadline to register until after August 8th. 
• Team rosters will be rebalanced by DOCs as needed after registration deadline.  For various reasons, the DOCs may need to make slight adjustments to a team's roster.  Any update will be communicated by either the DOCs or MU Registrar.
• Roster / uniform numbers will be assigned by MU Business Manager and Apparel Coordinator.
• Fall season begins with the MU Fall Kickoff on Sunday, August 27th.  Full details of this date will be communicated closer to the date.
