The boy’s director of MU’s very successful boys program works with Tango to Premier players and coaches.  As Technical Director, the role will create a vision for the future for the entire Competitive program at MU. 

Tamba Johnson is synonymous with boys’ soccer in the state of Minnesota.  He will be responsible for hiring and developing current and new MU coaches and trainers.

Creating this gender specific Director’s role emphasizes MU’s strategic focus on girl’s teams within the club.  The position is responsible for expanding the quality at all levels of the club, ranging from Tango to Premier. This will include being more present at MU's summer recreation program in order to identify promising young players and families.

MU is thrilled to have Kelsey's wide ranging soccer experience and coaching expertise at the front of our girls' program.

The Director will be responsible for the boys ages 8U through 12U.  The Director will promote more year-round programming to a wider range of community members and build a curriculum for strengthening the development of MU's youngest players. This will include being more present at MU's summer recreation program in order to identify promising young players and families.

Aaron Paye brings a load of passion and experience to our youngest age groups.  Aaron’s love for the game is infectious and he is a proven developer of top talent.

We've added Reak Kueth to our girls' leadership staff to bring a different dimension to our operation. Reak not only has 10+ years of coaching experience but also has superb organizational skills, fantastic communication skills, and a killer eye for detail. Reak will be working hard to kick-start the youth soccer journey for our youngest competitive girls players by promoting their development in a fun but challenging environment. 

Reak has had tremendous success in the Twin Cities with his girls' teams in the past and we know that he will continue to do so in this director role.
