My Child/Ward has my permission to participate in the Minneapolis United soccer activities available to MU registrants for the current season for which I am registering my child/ward for. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer, and in consideration of Minneapolis United accepting my child/ward as a member, I hereby discharge, release, and/ or otherwise indemnify Minneapolis United, the coaches, affiliated organizations, and other associated personnel against any claim on behalf of my child/ward as a result of my child/ward’s preparation for, travel to and from, and participation in member activities, wherever and however any claim may arise.
Further, I understand that I am responsible for any other children under my supervision that attend the training sessions and games as spectators. I accept all responsibility associated with their care and hereby discharge, release, and/or otherwise indemnify Minneapolis United, the coaches, affiliated organizations, and other associated personnel against any claim on behalf of these children as a result of their preparation for, travel to and from an MU even, wherever and however any claim may arise.
Your MU child may be photographed during the season and his/her image used on or for MU promotional marketing materials. By agreeing to and subsequent registration, you grant complete and unconditional release to MU for the use of your child’s image in any manner of legitimate advertising/marketing reproduction in print or web.
