• Contact the visiting team and come up with at least 2-3 dates that work for both teams. For summer this must be Mon-Thurs. and for fall this may be any day agreed upon by both teams. Make sure to confirm with the visiting team that whatever date they receive they will be able to play; this will save a lot of time for everyone.
• Two options are required in order to submit. If you have a time preference (e.g. 10am-1PM) you may include it, but exact requests for times cannot usually be accommodated due to our referee schedule.
• Submit your request via the GAME RESCHEDULE FORM.
• You will receive an email back within 72 hours. If a field is available on one of the dates you requested you will be given the new date/time/field. If a field was not available on the dates you requested you will be asked to contact the visiting team, find at least 2 other dates that work for both teams and re-submit.
• When you receive confirmation of your new date/time/field you will need to submit the change in Affinity (Got Soccer for TCSL).
