Minneapolis United’s New Roles for Administrative Staff

MU is excited to announce the changes and updates to our administrative staff. Our updated team will lead the charge as we head into the end of the Summer 2021 season. MU's Executive Director Gregg Olson said of the hires, “I am very happy to have secured more of Trina’s time and expertise. Additionally, Kelsey is a very organized and knowledgeable individual. Both are already working fantastically together and streamlining MU’s behind-the-scenes administrative work.” Kelsey adds the Competitive Admin roles to her responsibilities as Director of Coaching for the girls side of the club. 

Business Manager and Registrar
Trina Kramer,

  • Registrar - Handles registration function for players and teams both internally and externally
  • Oversee field and referee assignment, scheduling and coordination
  • Coordinates technology platforms - TeamSnap, SportsEngine and TeamGenius
  • Handles clubwide communication across multiple platforms - email, technology, print, etc.
  • Documents adult (coach/managers) training for player health and safety
  • Business functions - finance, financial aid, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable
  • Member of multiple board committees


Competitive Administrator
Kelsey Hans, kelsey.hans@minneapolisunited.org 

  • Leads clubwide communications across multiple platforms - email, technology, newsletter, website, etc.
  • Coordinates technology platforms like Techne App
  • Coordinates facility procurement and scheduling of practices and indoor scrimmages
  • Administers clubwide fundraising functions
  • Member of multiple board committees
